CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE MEDIATHEQUE DES SAISIES
Consultation and use of the images, videos and other data offered by Les Saisies on its website http://media.lessaisies.com/ implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions:
These general conditions of use are expressly subject to the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Access to the data is reserved solely for persons whose purpose is to promote Les Saisies. Photographs, videos and any other documents obtained through the media library may not, under any circumstances, be used for commercial purposes.
AUTHORISED USE OF MEDIA LIBRARY DATA
The rights will be acquired by the Saisies Tourist Office for:
- All-season tourist promotion editions published;
- Press relations: the photographs used in this context must be used exclusively for the tourist promotion of Les Saisies;- Websites for all uses and all issuers (tourist offices and town halls, but also Les Saisies socio-professionals, tour operators, etc.), provided that the photographs supplied are in low definition and cannot be used to print documents;
- Social networks;
- Tourism office partnership publications and websites, as part of the promotion of Les Saisies;
- PowerPoint presentations
- TO/Travel agency brochure catalogues featuring our destination;
- POS advertising;
- Mobile applications (e.g. iPhone, iPad, Android). Please note that photographs cannot be printed in high definition from this type of application.
It is strictly forbidden for users or third parties to make duplicates of the photographs. In this respect, the user is requested to use the downloaded file(s) as they are. The use of photographs on a network configuration is prohibited.
It is strictly forbidden to crop or modify, in any way whatsoever, the photographs that will be published, unless prior agreement has been reached with Les Saisies and written permission has been obtained.
ACCESS
Any person wishing to have access to the media library site must apply for registration by filling in all the fields on the form provided for this purpose. After consideration, SAEM Les Saisies Villages Tourisme reserves the right to accept or refuse access to the applicant.
La SAEM Les Saisies Villages Tourisme may also withdraw the access and privileges of any user without notice in the event of misuse or non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
The user is responsible for the confidentiality of his/her password. They are also responsible for all activities carried out using their email address and password. He/she undertakes to inform SAEM Les Saisies Villages Tourisme immediately if he/she becomes aware of any unauthorised use of his/her e-mail address and password.
Any total or partial representation of this site and its content, by any process whatsoever, without the express prior authorisation of SAEM Les Saisies Villages Tourisme, is prohibited and would constitute an infringement punishable by articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The data (photographs, videos and other documents) obtained through the media library must only be used in compliance with the rights that have been granted. In particular, users are prohibited from retransmitting to anyone or republishing the photographs they have downloaded, unless they have written permission from SAEM Les Saisies Villages Tourisme.
RIGHT OF USE AND COMPULSORY PHOTOGRAPHIC CREDIT
The SAEM Les Saisies Villages Tourisme grants free of charge to the user whose request has been validated, a right of use by downloading one or more photographs.
SAEM Les Saisies Villages Tourisme holds the rights to use the photographs loaned in this way. However, it accepts no responsibility for any recourse, legal action, claim or request from any person, in particular with regard to the image rights of a person appearing, for the production, reproduction, publication, telecommunication and distribution to the public by the user of one or more photographs that he/she has cropped or otherwise modified.
The user undertakes to respect the copyrights of the photographs and to mention the photographer's name next to any reproduction as follows: © photographer's name.
An Excel file containing information on the file(s) downloaded will be sent after each request has been released (file name, use-by date, etc.). Users are therefore asked to ensure that they remove content from their digital and printed media when their rights expire.
In addition, the user undertakes to respect all the indications and restrictions specified in the captions of the photographs appearing on the media library website.
GUARANTEES
The user certifies that in the event of non-conforming or prohibited use, he/she guarantees SAEM Les Saisies Villages Tourisme against any recourse, prosecution, claim or demand from any person relating to such use of the visuals.
PERSONAL DATA
The personal data provided by the borrower when opening their account are kept in the administrator file. At any time, the borrower has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him (information technology and freedoms law of January 6, 1978 as amended) by accessing the “My account” section.
All personal data collected by SAEM Les Saisies Villages Tourisme is subject to computer recording for a period of 3 years.
If, at the end of this period, you have expressed no desire to remain in contact with us, your personal data will be deleted. Also, the information transmitted when registering in the online photo library is kept until the account is deleted.

APPLICABLE LAWS, COMPETENT COURTS AND CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTS
These conditions of use are governed by the law in force in France. Any use that does not comply with the conditions of use of the Les Saisies photo library may be subject to legal action before the competent courts.
